Lenny Kravitz loves his fans!
The superstar took to Instagram on Sunday (July 7) to share a sweet video in which he’s seen interacting with a fan in the front row of his concert at France’s Main Square Festival. In the clip, the young fan is seen crying from excitement in the crowd. Kravitz approaches her and climbs up on the bannister, before lifting her up and giving her a huge hug.
“Let love rule,” he captioned the heartwarming clip.
Kravitz is fresh off the release of his new album, Blue Electric Light, which arrived in May via Roxie Records/BMG. The project was written and recorded by Kravitz in his studio in the Bahamas, and features the previously-released cuts “Paralyzed,” “TK421” and “Human.” The collection, he told Jimmy Fallon for a late-night interview that aired in March, is about “celebration, life, humanity, sexuality, sensuality, spirituality.” Blue Electric Light is “just that vibration of love, of god, of spirit.”
He’s also been prioritizing his fitness regimen and spirituality lately — something he opened up about in his recent interview with Billboard. “Exercising and retaining my faith in God and God’s plan for me,” he said when asked about his values. “Exercising faith, patience, all the things that I learned growing up. If [something is] really yours and meant to be yours, you will have it — that takes faith, you know. All these virtues that I learned growing up – building on a strong foundation, no shortcuts – ring true to this day.”
