Jay Versace says he temporarily lost his memory after suffering three seizures and has now deleted social media to focus on his health and life offline.

Jay Versace has broken his silence after a recent hospitalization, and thankfully, it sounds like he’s on the road to recovery.

The acclaimed producer took to social media to address the frightening health scare that landed him in the hospital. He also revealed just how serious the situation really was.

“I almost went on to glory lol had 3 seizures. Lost my memory for a few hours.”

Death or a loss of memory? That’s a scary admission. We know him as the funny internet personality who reinvented himself into a dope, respected rap producer.

Fortunately, Jay’s seems positive despite the ordeal and focused. He said the experience gave him a new perspective on life.

“What I learned is that I need to just be off my phone and live life selfishly.”

It sounds like the producer is stepping away from social media and that message may be gone. Jay told fans that he has deleted his accounts and asked anyone with business inquiries to contact him through email instead. I think he’s going to be ok. He’s not even 30 yet so, I hope he realizes health is real wealth.

Social media has become an exhausting place! I hate it and I cannot imagine how it is for public figures. A near-death experience has a way of making people reevaluate what’s truly important. If deleting apps and focusing on real life helps Jay recover mentally and physically, DO IT!
