Today, we linked up with the upcoming artist Unstopable, for an exclusive interview:
What is your legal name and age
Daniel Saighe, 37 years old
What is your stage name and how did you come up with it?
My stage name is Unstopable and I came up with it because it sounds like a name that gives you confidence and make you strong which I’m very strong for all the problems I’ve went through and I’m still alive and well which is a great thing.
Where are you from?
I was born in Pasadena but I lived in Sherman Way and North Hollywood California as a kid so I was raised in the valley my whole life.
Where are you now?
I live in van nuys California which I like it’s a peaceful small town area with not alot of crime and everybody knows everybody it’s a great area to live in.
Who would you say inspired you the most as an artist
I would say probably Michael Jackson because he just had a swag to him that no artist has he can sing dance write his own songs and he had an appeal to him that made you like him and respect it’s sad he died a huge lost to not just music but life In general.
What were your grades like in school?
I mostly got c and b and some a as well I was a good student I was in special education classes but that never stop me from learning and live my life like other kids did.
How do you currently feel about the state of hip hop in general?
I feel hip hop today is not as good as it was in the 90 and early 2000s I miss rappers like Tupac dmx and old school and est that really talked about life struggles and what is going on in our society and so forth.i feel todays rappers do talk about anything other than cars women est.which is good sometimes but you need to talk about more important stuff and my song goals will inspire people and make them dance as well it’s a great song.
Whats your latest release?
My latest and only song out there is unstopable goals.jake radio is now playing it in heavy rotation which I can’t thank them enough there a good radio station and good people who gave me an opportunity to showcase my song goals to the world and really inspire people with the song even though it just talks about me I think anybody can’t relate to it it’s very inspirational.also they can check out the music video for my song unstopable goals on YouTube just type in my name daniel saighe and check it out for yourself.the video was shot in Beverly hills California as well.
What is your biggest challenge?
I think my biggest challenge is getting my song goals out there to more people and not performing it yet but I know in due time all those things will happen I just need to never give up and keep going and I’ll do all those things when the time is right so I’m not worried about that.
What do you want your legacy to be how do you want to be remembered?
I want to be remembered as a guy that yes went through hardship and was bullied in middle school and even high School and was really not accepted by a lot of people as a kid.i want people to know that you can do and be famous and be rich you just have to be believe in yourself and never give up and listen to my song goals to keep you staying alive i want to be remembered as an inspiration for people everywhere and let know that anything is possible in life just keep going thank you.
