Meanwhile, IU returned to reclaim her K-pop crown with “Love Wins All,” a poignant ballad that earned her even more worldwide recognition when its music video co-starred BTS member V. Plus, ATEEZ further proved their mastery of sonic storytelling with “Ice on My Teeth,” a subtle yet powerful track celebrating their well-earned victories in the global music market.

As has been the trend, girl groups dominated the track rankings. Red Velvet’s “Cosmic” transported listeners into a disco-ready orbit of lush harmonies, ITZY offered introspective escapism with their haunting “Imaginary Friend,” NewJeans delivered on the feel-good nostalgia funk for “Supernatural,” and (G)I-DLE fired on all cylinders with the high-energy hip-hop and dubstep-infused thumper “Super Lady.” Plus, in a historic moment, G-Dragon reunited with fellow BIGBANG members Taeyang and Daesung for the nostalgic yet forward-looking “Home Sweet Home,” a track steeped in both history and bold ambition.
