On Wednesday morning, June 24, 2026, Scott failed to appear before Judge William H. Hackel III at Macomb County District Court, and authorities immediately issued a bench warrant for her arrest with a bond set at $10,000, according to Page Six.

The situation represents the latest chapter in a troubling pattern that began in February 2026. Scott crashed her Range Rover into a parked vehicle while her son Parker and his friends were inside the car.

Police discovered Crown Royal bottles in her vehicle, and she tested at nearly three times the legal limit. Rather than stopping after that incident, she drove home and smashed into her own garage door.

On May 11, 2026, she pleaded no contest to impaired driving and failure to report an accident.

Just three days after that plea, Scott was arrested again. On May 14, she hit another vehicle while driving near Detroit, and Detective Sgt. Joseph Feld confirmed she’d struck a car the night before.
