Mia Ventura ditched her ankle monitor and was arrested again on a separate theft charge, and now she faces up to 11 years in prison.

Mia Ventura cut her ankle monitor and got arrested again, this time on a completely separate theft charge out of Riverside County that’s about to make her legal situation exponentially worse.

The 29-year-old model and social media influencer was picked up by Beverly Hills police earlier this week after authorities discovered she’d ditched the GPS device that was supposed to keep her under surveillance while awaiting trial on six felony counts from her original dating app robbery scheme.

The new warrant stems from an alleged theft at an Airbnb in Indio during the 2025 Coachella Music Festival, where prosecutors say she stole more than $11,000 in luxury items, including a Rolex worth $8,600, Louis Vuitton sunglasses, and a designer card holder.

A judge immediately ordered her held without bail after learning she’d removed her monitor, essentially signaling that the court’s patience with her had completely evaporated.

Her original charges paint a calculated predator who weaponized dating apps between 2023 and 2025 to target wealthy older men and younger women across Los Angeles County.

She’d pose as a girlfriend or travel companion to gain access to their homes, then systematically steal cash, gold, and high-end designer merchandise before vanishing.

One Las Vegas podcaster came forward to describe how she attended his show as a guest, then spent 23 minutes in the backstage green room rummaging through purses and stealing cash and credit cards from other guests.

Ventura built an entire career on deception, cycling through multiple identities across social media platforms while appearing in Playboy and Penthouse magazines and working as an OnlyFans model.

Her fiancé, LA billionaire Steve Clobec, is also facing felony witness intimidation charges in connection with her case.

Clobec was a major supporter of Eric Swalwell’s gubernatorial campaign and, according to NBC 4, confirmed that Swalwell stayed at his Beverly Hills mansion when his campaign collapsed.

If convicted on all LA County charges alone, Mia Ventura faces up to 11 years and eight months in state prison, and that’s before the Riverside County case even goes to trial.

The LA Times reported that she’s now being held without bail pending a bail review hearing scheduled for Friday.
