White House Uses Drake’s “Hoe Phase” In New ICE Deportation Video

Drake’s music accompanies another White House deportation video after earlier posts repurposed his *ICEMAN* artwork and lyrics.
Drake is back inside White House deportation propaganda after his music accompanied another social video celebrating arrests by federal immigration agents.
The latest White House TikTok uses “Hoe Phase” beneath footage of President Donald Trump, ICE operations and people being placed into custody.
“Let us remind you if you’re here illegally, you’re going home,” the administration wrote alongside the video posted Friday.
The selection carries an obvious ICE connection through Drake’s recent ICEMAN era, although “Hoe Phase” actually appears on Maid of Honour.

Drake released Maid of Honour, ICEMAN and Habibti together May 15, creating a 43-song trilogy that occupied Billboard’s top three album positions.
That distinction matters because the White House appears to be exploiting Drake’s broader frozen branding instead of accurately identifying the song’s album.
The timing also revives criticism surrounding the ICEMAN title, which emerged while immigration raids and deadly encounters involving federal agents dominated headlines.
Chuck Inglish of The Cool Kids joined listeners urging Drake to reconsider the title after ICE agent Jonathan Ross fatally shot Renee Good in Minneapolis.
“Might not be the best time to name an album Iceman,” Inglish wrote while sharing news coverage concerning the January shooting.
Other listeners defended Drake by noting that he is Canadian, that “ice” commonly refers to expensive jewelry, and that the album campaign reportedly began before Good’s death.
Drake never changed the title and expanded its frozen imagery through iced courtside seats, livestreams and a massive Toronto sculpture containing the release date.
Friday’s post marks at least the third time the administration has linked Drake’s music or artwork to its political messaging around ICE.
AllHipHop previously reported that a May video paired “Make Them Know” with Trump exiting a helicopter before agents appeared during immigration operations.
The track’s “Iceman baby, freeze the world” refrain provided an easy transition from Drake’s album concept toward Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
Days earlier, the White House altered Drake’s ICEMAN cover by replacing its jeweled pendant with a diamond-covered MAGA chain.
“ICED OUT,” the official account declared while distributing the altered artwork across X to millions of viewers on the album’s release date.
Drake has not publicly addressed Friday’s “Hoe Phase” video or confirmed whether his representatives authorized the administration’s latest use of his music.
