Here’s How to Get MGM+ Online for Free

All products and services featured are independently chosen by editors. However, Billboard may receive a commission on orders placed through its retail links, and the retailer may receive certain auditable data for accounting purposes.

The best way to test out MGM+ is with a free trial to the streaming service. You’d want to see if it’s a good fit before you commit month-to-month. The service is the home to hit originals, like From, Godfather of Harlem, Billy the Kid, American Hostage and others, as well as hot music programming, such as Words + Music: John Legend, New Wave, San Francisco Sounds: A Place in Time, and In Restless Dreams: The Music of Paul Simon.

Although the streaming service no longer offers a free trial directly, we spotted a clever workaround to get access for free.

You can get MGM+ for free, as a Prime Video add-on channel. The streamer has a seven-day free trial to give the MGM+ plan a test drive before you commit to the service. Just add MGM+ to Prime Video and you’re all set to watch for free.

Afterward, MGM+, which gives you access to a wide range of TV shows and movies, goes for $7.99 per month. After the free trial ends, your plan will automatically renew at the regular rate.

If you’re not a member, you can sign up for a 30-day free trial to take advantage of all that Amazon Prime has to offer, including access to Prime Video, Prime Gaming and Amazon Photos; fast free shipping in less than two days with Prime Delivery; in-store discounts at Whole Foods Market and access to exclusive shopping savings during Black Friday in November, as well as other perks.
