EXCLUSIVE: Nicki Minaj Unmasked As

Nicki Minaj’s hotel alias “Tori Spaulding” is now a court exhibit as 24/7 Productions files a sworn $103K receipt in a $275K lawsuit.
Nicki Minaj checked into a New York hotel as “Tori Spaulding,” and a company called 24/7 Productions just filed the $103,730 bill in court. Now they want every dollar back, and they’ve got receipts to prove why.
In December 2023, 24/7 Productions ran production for Minaj’s Jingle Ball shows in Chicago and Atlanta.

They also handled her Pink Friday 2 album launch week in New York City. The company paid for staffing, lighting, sound, security, transportation and hotels out of pocket, fronting more than $255,000, expecting to get reimbursed.

The Jingle Ball shows pulled in roughly $650,000 for Minaj’s company, Pink Friday Productions LLC, and 24/7 never saw any of it.
For nearly two years, they chased payment and got the same reply every time: a promise to “look into it” that never produced a check. They finally filed a lawsuit demanding $275,149.62 plus interest, naming both Minaj and Pink Friday Productions as defendants.
Nicki Minaj responded in July by seeking to be personally removed from the case. Her lawyers said she never signed anything with 24/7 and that she can’t be personally liable for her company’s bills.
They called it “an ill-advised attempt to sue a famous deep-pocket,” and she also wants 24/7 to cover her legal fees.
AllHipHop obtained the statement from CEO Michael John Davies Pryer and the Langham Hotel folio itself, both of which revealed Nicki’s alias.
The folio lists the guest as “Tori Spaulding” in Room 2504, at $9,500 per night for 7 nights. Four additional rooms were billed to the same master account, with every entry reading “Routed From Spaulding Tori,” covering crew and staff for the entire stay.
The charges posted directly to her suite tell the rest of the story.
A private kitchen dinner on December 12 ran $1,939.66, and room delivery fees added up across multiple days of the stay. The minibar tab at checkout included Evian water, Coca-Cola, M&M’s Peanuts, and Pringles.
The Fort Lauderdale stop added $25,197.85, covering her Four Seasons suite at $3,800 a night plus separate rooms for her security team and stylist. 24/7 paid every dollar of that bill too, according to the sworn filing.
Pryer also swore Nicki Minaj personally approved every budget before work began and that her team confirmed the debt in writing on December 21, 2023.
A judge is set to hear arguments on Minaj’s motion to dismiss on August 3, 2026.
