Chris Brown May Lose All Tour Revenue To Injured Housekeeper

Maria Avila’s legal team is now hunting Chris Brown’s tour earnings with Usher to collect the $13 million judgment he owes her.

Chris Brown might lose every dollar he’s making from his tour with Usher because a jury already decided he owes his former housekeeper nearly $13 million.

Maria Avila got mauled by a two-hundred-pound Caucasian shepherd named Hades back in December 2020 while she was working at his Tarzana home, and the legal battle’s been dragging on for years.

Now that the verdict came down in her favor, she’s not waiting around for him to voluntarily pay up.

The attack itself was brutal. Avila suffered injuries to her face, arm, and leg that left her permanently disfigured, and she testified during the trial that she genuinely thought she wasn’t going to survive.

Brown claimed the dog was a security measure purchased by his security team to protect against break-ins and stalkers, but the jury didn’t buy his defense.

What really hurt his case was that he fled the scene instead of calling for help or staying with her.

According to TMZ, Avila’s legal team just filed court documents demanding access to all of Brown’s financial records so they can start seizing his earnings.

She wants every payment from The R&B Tour with Usher, any entertainment projects, and all residuals redirected straight to her account.

The court filing states that Brown has made zero effort to satisfy any portion of the judgment, which is why she’s taking this aggressive approach.

Brown testified during the trial that he’d warned both Avila and her sister Patricia that the dogs were absolutely not friendly and shouldn’t be outside without security staff present.

He admitted some liability for negligence but disputed how severe her injuries actually were and argued she was partially responsible for what happened.

The jury rejected that argument completely and sided with Avila on every count.
