Los Angeles woman goes to restaurant. Then she sees a former A-list celebrity’s posse watching something shocking on their phone: ‘So nasty’

A Los Angeles woman is visiting a restaurant with friends when she sees a former A-list celebrity behaving badly.

TikTok creator Brittany (@morequesarito) posted the video. It starts with her saying, “I have celebrity tea. D-List-Used-to-be-A-List-Celebrity-Tea, so buckle up.”

Brittany explains that she and a group of friends were visiting another friend’s restaurant in Studio City. As they waited at the bar, Rehoboth Beach, which is located in Sussex County, Delaware, came up in conversation.

“And I was like, ‘That’s so funny. Ryan Phillippe literally used to terrorize Rehoboth and slid into my DMs when I was 19,’” Brittany says.

How Did This Former A-List Celebrity’s Group Allegedly Behave?

Then the group is led to their table out on the patio. Also on the patio is a group of what Brittany describes as rowdy men. 

“One of the guys is really aggressive and also really ugly,” she says. 

The staff went over to de-escalate the situation, but the group was apparently insistent that their meal was subpar. “[And] then heckling everyone on the patio,” Brittany says. “Insane behavior.”

One of the guys was even apparently watching pornography on his cell phone as he sat near the other guys. “Hello?” Brittany says. “You should be on Megan’s Law.”

To make matters even worse, some of the men in the party even touched the server without permission. “They all get up, and who is in that group but Ryan Phillippe?” Brittany says. “We screamed.”

Is Anyone Surprised to Hear This Former A-List Celebrity Tea?

In the comments section of the video, viewers reacted to this alleged former A-List celebrity tea.

“When someone actually gives a name to the tea,” wrote one viewer. “Thank you for your service.”

“Who the [expletive] is Ryan Phillippe?” asked a second person. This comment might be a joke, but for the uninitiated: Phillippe is a former child star who is most recently known for being the ex-husband of actress Reese Witherspoon. His journey from A-List celebrity to former spouse of an A-Lister is chronicled in this Guardian article.

“This is the type of stuff I live for,” wrote a third viewer. “Completely inconsequential for me, but delicious to hear.”

What Ever Happened to Actor Ryan Phillippe?

In a Reddit thread posted to r/movies about a year ago, a movie lover asked this very question. The person notes that Phillippe appeared in films like “Crash,” “Breach,” and “Gosford Park.” 

“For a person with limited range, he’s done OK,” the person wrote. “Ryan didn’t become the next Leonardo DiCaprio, but he wasn’t Freddie Prinze Jr., either.”

A few people in the comments disagreed with the assessment. “I think he very much was Freddy Prinze Jr.,” one person wrote. “He was really pretty and a good enough actor.”

A second person said, “Let’s be honest here, he’s nowhere near the caliber of actor DiCaprio is.”

“Reese Witherspoon divorced him for cheating and she got a career in the settlement and he lost his,” joked a third person.

There were rumors that the split between Phillippe and Witherspoon was related to cheating, but he denied that another woman had anything to do with the couple’s relationship issues.

Phillippe also made headlines in 2017 after he was sued by an ex-girlfriend who accused him of assault during an argument. He settled the lawsuit in 2019.
