Khaotic Reportedly Faces Aggravated Sexual Battery Charge After Georgia Extradition

Khaotic encountered a major legal development after Georgia authorities detained the television personality following his transfer from Florida.

Khaotic seemingly faces an aggravated sexual battery charge in Atlanta after the reality television personality was extradited from Miami following his arrest on an out of state fugitive warrant.

The “Love & Hip Hop: Miami” personality, whose legal name is Rubin Carlton McFadden, was booked in Atlanta on Aug. 5, 2026, according to an inmate record from the Atlanta Police Department.

The record lists McFadden as being held on a charge of aggravated sexual battery. The alleged offense date is listed as Dec. 24, 2025.

The Atlanta booking provides new information about the fugitive warrant that landed Khaotic behind bars in Florida roughly one month earlier.

McFadden was booked in Miami Dade County on July 6, 2026, under a “Fugitive Warrant – Out of State Extradite” hold. At the time, his bond was listed as N/A and the publicly available information did not make clear where authorities wanted to send him or what alleged offense was connected to the warrant.

The Atlanta inmate record now appears to answer both questions.

Following his detention in Florida, McFadden appears to have been extradited to Georgia before his Aug. 5 booking in Atlanta. The aggravated sexual battery charge listed in the Atlanta record is connected to an alleged incident dating back more than seven months before his Georgia booking.

The available booking information does not establish the circumstances surrounding the allegation or provide details about what authorities contend occurred on Dec. 24. No additional claims about the alleged incident should be inferred from the charge itself.

Khaotic has built a public profile through reality television and Hip-Hop, including his appearances on VH1’s “Love & Hip Hop: Miami.” More recently, he has been associated with “Coming Up Miami.”

His latest legal situation represents a significant development from his July arrest.

Khaotic is presumed innocent unless and until he is proven guilty in court.
