Plies may have just found the one woman capable of matching his particular brand of Florida swag.

You already know Tia, affectionately called “Yuntie,” as already the center of attention. Remember she made that chick Akbar cry for Cardi B? But when Plies brought her onto the stage during a recent performance, their little moment became considerably bigger once social media got involved.

And social media is never going to simply enjoy the show.

People HAD to play matchmaker. The question bouncing around Instagram and TikTok was pretty straightforward: Are Plies and Tia Kemp dating?

Neither Plies nor Tia has confirmed they are actually a couple. As far as we know, this could have simply been Plies showing love to another larger than life Florida personality.

But I understand why people are curious. Even Lady London joined in!

Tia has become a fave personality in her own right, partially through her famously complicated history with Rick Ross and partially because she has enough personality to power a small city. She speaks her mind with very little hesitation and frequently turns social media on its ear.

Plies isn’t shy either. I live for his political hot takes.

That is what makes this potential combination so hilarious and strangely believable. Imagine the conversations. Imagine the Instagram Lives. Imagine an argument over absolutely nothing somehow becoming a three day internet event.

Florida might need additional insurance.

Still, an onstage appearance does not constitute a relationship. Celebrities bring friends and familiar faces onto stages all the time. The internet frequently takes chemistry, proximity and a couple smiles and starts planning the wedding reception.

But what if everybody accidentally stumbled onto something?
