Rick Ross wants every vaccinated fan watching Anthony Fauci’s Senate meltdown to team up and sue.

The Miami rapper posted the message on his Instagram Story Friday afternoon, telling vaccinated followers to find Morgan and Morgan and file a class action lawsuit.

Ross said, “Everybody who got that vaccination, I think y’all better get together with Morgan and Morgan and get y’all class action lawsuit together, ’cause that boy ain’t answering none of that sh*t. That boy played the fifth damn near 150 times.”

Morgan and Morgan is one of the largest personal injury and class action firms in the country, and Ross’ followers immediately began sharing his story across social media.

Fauci sat before the Senate Homeland Security Committee on July 29 and invoked his Fifth Amendment right more than 100 times.

Committee chairman Rand Paul accused the retired doctor of misleading Congress about the pandemic’s origins, according to ABC News’s coverage of the hearing.

Paul released Fauci’s pandemic-era diary entries this week and argued that they proved the doctor had hidden key information about COVID-19’s true origins.

Fauci explained why he wouldn’t answer questions in a prepared opening statement delivered before the committee began its round of questioning.

He said, “Although it pains me to do so, because of the respect I have for the legislative branch of government, and my decades-long record of cooperating with Congress, under the advice of my attorneys, I will invoke my right under the Fifth Amendment of the Constitution to refrain from answering your questions.”

Nicki Minaj joined the backlash Friday, posting a lengthy message on X blaming Fauci for pandemic-era suffering that echoed her reaction to his testimony covered earlier by AllHipHop.

Minaj wrote, “Feeding tubes will be his portion. He will lose the ability to speak and then, and only then, will he feel the collective pain and long term ramifications he caused to new borns, young children who are still trying to become acclimated into society and schools, traumatized pregnant women.”

Nicki Minaj has increasingly aligned herself with conservative politics and previous vaccine skepticism, making her post consistent with her public stance.

Paul has scheduled a committee vote next week to hold Fauci in contempt of Congress over his refusal to testify.
