iShowSpeed buys a 26,600 sq ft warehouse near Miami for $11M, building out his own content creation studio in South Florida.
iShowSpeed just dropped nearly $11 million on a Miami-Dade warehouse he’s converting into his full-scale content creation studio.
The 26,600-square-foot industrial building sits at 8700 Northwest Seventh Avenue on 1.8 acres in unincorporated Miami-Dade County, according to The Real Deal. The property sits near West Little River and has already been painted completely black, windows and all.
The building dates back to 1969 and was previously connected to a luxury used-car dealership before Speed took ownership and began his buildout.
The seller had paid $8 million for it in 2022, meaning Speed paid a nearly $3 million premium to take over the space. Real estate agent Jordan Karp represented Speed in the transaction and declined to comment on the details.

Speed’s been on a run that most creators only dream about, and he put the moment in his own words after the World Cup.
“Four years ago, I was in my mom’s house, barking Siuuu, lighting my house on fire,” he told viewers in a YouTube video. He added that performing at the World Cup final proved a kid from Ohio can do whatever they want if they believe in themselves.
Forbes put Speed on its 2026 Top Creators list with an estimated $30 million in annual earnings from brand deals and content.
His portfolio includes deals with Beats by Dre, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Doritos, and Expedia, and his World Cup YouTube coverage crossed a billion views. AllHipHop already covered Speed’s brand building when Meek Mill brought him into Dreamchasers with a $200K custom chain during his cross-country tour.
The warehouse sits just blocks from where Speed went viral in 2024, jumping over two cars on Northeast Second Avenue in Little River.
FIFA launched an investigation this month after Speed was targeted with racial abuse at a World Cup match in Miami. Despite that, Speed chose South Florida for his production roots, following the same blueprint MrBeast used to turn content creation into a full-scale business.
The seller paid $8 million for the property from nonprofit Miami Rescue Mission back in 2022, and county property records confirmed the transaction.
