Rick Ross joins a major 670-unit residential development in Miami Gardens, expanding his business empire beyond music, franchises, and spirits into real estate.
Rick Ross is building his real estate portfolio in a major way, stepping into a development partnership that signals his continued expansion beyond music and franchises.
The 50-year-old mogul has joined forces with EnSima Miami I to develop a massive 670-unit residential tower in his hometown of Miami Gardens, marking another strategic move in his diversified business empire.
The eight-story project, called EnSima, will feature 165,000 square feet of retail space and sits just five minutes from Hard Rock Stadium.
According to Bisnow, Ross is partnering with entrepreneurs Shalom Arik Maimon, Ali Yesil, David Shapiro, and Israeli mentalist Lior Suchard on the venture.

The development team is positioning units at competitive pricing, with one-bedroom units starting around $450,000 and three-bedroom units reaching approximately $770,000.
A sales gallery is set to open in September to showcase the residential offerings.
This real estate play fits perfectly into Ross’s broader strategy of building wealth through multiple revenue streams.
His Wingstop franchise operation through Boss Wings Enterprises generates between $7 million and $10 million annually from 25 to 30 locations across the country.
Beyond chicken wings, he’s built equity stakes in Luc Belaire sparkling wine and Bumbu rum, while also partnering with Slippery Soap, a custom automotive detailing product now stocked in over 4,000 AutoZone locations nationwide.
As CEO of Maybach Music Group, Ross continues to shape Hip-Hop culture through his record label, which houses artists like Wale and Meek Mill.
His net worth sits between $150 million and $180 million, and he’s publicly stated plans to significantly increase his investment portfolio in the coming years.
The EnSima project represents his confidence in Miami’s real estate market and his willingness to leverage his brand and capital into tangible assets that generate long-term wealth.
