ENHYPEN Scores First No. 1 Album on Billboard 200 With ‘THE SIN : BLISS’

ENHYPEN claims its first No. 1 album on the Billboard 200 chart as THE SIN : BLISS debuts atop the ranking (dated Sept. 5). The set earned 98,000 equivalent album units in the United States in its first week (ending Aug. 27), according to Luminate. THE SIN : BLISS marks ENHYPEN’s seventh top 10, all achieved since 2022. The act had previously gone as high as No. 2, twice, with THE SIN : VANISH in January and ROMANCE : UNTOLD in 2024.  

Also in the top 10, Dolly Parton, who died on Aug. 25, tallies her fourth top 10-charted album, as the greatest hits collection Ultimate Dolly Parton reenters the chart at No. 5.

The Billboard 200 chart ranks the most popular albums of the week in the U.S. based on multi-metric consumption as measured in equivalent album units, compiled by Luminate. Units comprise album sales, track equivalent albums (TEA) and streaming equivalent albums (SEA). Each unit equals one album sale, or 10 individual tracks sold from an album, or 2,500 ad-supported or 1,000 paid/subscription on-demand official audio and video streams generated by songs from an album. The new Sept. 5, 2026-dated chart will be posted in full on Billboard‘s website on Sept. 1. Of THE SIN : BLISS’ 98,000 first-week equivalent album units, album sales comprise 92,000 (it debuts at No. 1 on the Top Album Sales chart), SEA units comprise 6,000 (equaling 6.91 million on-demand official streams of the set’s songs) and TEA units comprise a negligible sum. THE SIN : BLISS’ album sales were largely driven by its availability across more than 30 CD and vinyl variants (all containing collectible items such as photocards, stickers and posters, with some items randomized).

Three former No. 1s follow ENHYPEN, as Ella Langley’s Dandelion rises 5-2 (70,000 equivalent album units, down less than 1%), Olivia Rodrigo’s you seem pretty sad for a girl so in love climbs 4-3 (67,000, down 4%) and Morgan Wallen’s I’m the Problem moves 6-4 (63,000, down 6%).

Dolly Parton’s best-of collection Ultimate Dolly Parton reenters the Billboard 200 at No. 5, marking the late icon’s fourth top 10-charted set, and her second-highest-charted album ever. Parton died on Aug. 25 at age 80 after a short battle with cancer. The entertainer previously visited the top 10 of the chart with the all-star collaborations project Rockstar (No. 3 in 2023, her highest-charted album), Blue Smoke (No. 6 in 2014) and the collaborative album Trio (No. 6 in 1987) with Linda Ronstadt and Emmylou Harris.

Ultimate Dolly Parton was released in 2003 and originally peaked at No. 112 in 2019. Until this week, it hadn’t been on the chart since 2020. In the Aug. 21-27 tracking week, which reflects less than three days of impact following the announcement of Parton’s death, Ultimate Dolly Parton earned 59,000 equivalent album units (up from a negligible sum in the previous week), largely driven by streaming activity of the songs on the album.

The 20-track Ultimate Dolly Parton includes familiar Parton favorites such as “Jolene,” “I Will Always Love You,” “Here You Come Again,” “9 to 5” and “Islands In the Stream” (with Kenny Rogers). Many of the songs on this album are shared among other Parton projects — hits compilations and studio albums. For chart purposes, songs shared across an artist’s albums have their SEA and TEA assigned to whichever of those albums sells the most, by pure album sales, in a given week. In the latest tracking week, Ultimate Dolly Parton was the legend’s best-selling album, with 7,000 copies sold.

The rest of the top 10 on the latest Billboard 200 comprises former leaders. KATSEYE’s WILD falls 1-6 in its second week (55,000 equivalent album units earned, down 68%), Noah Kahan’s The Great Divide is a non-mover at No. 7 (54,000, down 4%), Stray Kids’ THIS & THAT drops 3-8 (48,000, down 42%), Drake’s ICEMAN is stationary at No. 9 (41,000, down 6%) and Ariana Grande’s Petal dips 8-10 (41,000, down 20%).
