Ice Spice Flaunts Massive Diamond Tongue Piercing & Fans Lose It

Ice Spice’s massive new tongue piercing has dentists concerned about tooth damage and fans questioning her oral health choices.

Ice Spice just upgraded her mouth jewelry to a level that’s got dentists and fans alike holding their breath.

The 26-year-old Bronx rapper posted an Instagram Story on Tuesday showing off a massive diamond tongue piercing.

The timing here is wild because this piercing drop comes just days after viral photos from Michael Rubin’s White Party in the Hamptons allegedly showed Ice Spice swapping spit with Tobey Maguire.

Her rep quickly shut that down, clarifying they were just talking, but the internet had already made up its mind.

She was also spotted at Taylor Swift’s July 3 wedding to Travis Kelce at Madison Square Garden, where she was one of roughly 1,000 guests celebrating the pop star’s big day.

Between the party drama and the new bling, Ice Spice’s been living her best life lately.

Oversized tongue piercings aren’t just a flex, they’re a health risk that dentists have been warning about for years.

The bigger the jewelry, the higher the chance of tooth chipping and cracking, especially when you’re talking and eating throughout the day.

Your tongue’s supposed to move freely, and when you’ve got a massive stud taking up space, it interferes with swallowing and speech.

Some people experience tongue swelling that can actually make breathing difficult, and the constant contact with your teeth creates the perfect setup for enamel damage and gum recession.

Ice Spice’s got a history of going hard with statement jewelry though.

She rocked an 80-carat diamond chain that Dunkin’ Donuts gifted her during their collab, and she wore a Playboi Carti-commissioned Opium chain to Super Bowl LVIII as Taylor Swift’s guest.

The real question is whether Ice Spice’s going to keep this thing long-term or if it’s just another moment of “why not” that’ll fade once the dental bills start rolling in.

Her rep hasn’t commented on whether the diamond is real or just a statement piece for the ‘gram.
