Charleston White Won’t Back Down: Drops Dashcam Shooting Video After Refusing to Apologize To J. Prince

After refusing to bow to J. Prince in Houston, Charleston White released his own dashcam footage and says the FBI is next.

Charleston White released dashcam footage from inside the car he was riding when shots rang out leaving Houston’s Fifth Ward on July 21.

The clip he posted himself shows the vehicle speeding away from Nickel Bar & Grill after a crowd confronted him over his J. Prince criticism.

White dropped the dashcam with one caption: “I ain’t apologizing or sh*t,” which sums up the entire feud in seven words.

White was at Dr. Matthews’ birthday party when roughly 30 people hemmed him up and demanded a public apology to Rap-A-Lot founder James Prince.

He declined, the car pulled off, and a shot followed.

In a livestream after the incident, White didn’t lower his voice at all.

He claimed J. Prince sent a representative to force the apology and announced he’s taking everything to the FBI.

He also claimed to have evidence linking Mob Ties to Takeoff’s 2022 murder in Houston, and said the feds would be hearing it next.

Understanding the context behind this confrontation explains why it went the way it did.

White, a Fort Worth-born internet personality who did juvenile time for murder, has spent years openly challenging J. Prince’s reputation in Houston.

In 2023, he blamed Prince for killing his Houston comedy show and claimed HPD refused him security over the beef, as AllHipHop previously reported.

He’s also alleged that J. Prince once offered him $500,000 for his documentary with one condition: a public apology, which White says he rejected.

Neither J. Prince nor Mob Ties has responded publicly, and every accusation linking Prince to the shooting traces back to White’s own footage.

The Houston Stringer, which covered the birthday party independently, confirmed one shot was fired as the vehicle left.

J. Prince founded Rap-A-Lot in 1986, building a Houston Hip-Hop empire around the Geto Boys, Scarface, and UGK, and has stayed silent throughout.
