Young Thug just dropped $5 million on a luxury Florida mansion, proving he’s bounced back strong after his RICO release.

Young Thug just copped a $5 million mansion in Cooper City, Florida, and it’s the ultimate flex after nearly three years locked up on RICO charges.

The seven-bedroom, seven-and-a-half-bathroom estate sits on two acres of prime real estate in western Broward County, and he paid cash for the whole thing with no mortgage attached.

This isn’t just a real estate move. It’s a statement that he’s back and better than ever financially.

The property spans six thousand square feet and features all the amenities you’d expect from a luxury home at that price point.

According to The Real Deal, the home was completed this year and was originally listed at $8 million before dropping to just under $6 million.

His path to this moment wasn’t easy.

Young Thug spent roughly two and a half years incarcerated, starting in May 2022, after being charged in Georgia’s longest-running criminal trial.

The YSL RICO case finally ended when he pleaded guilty in October 2024, and the judge commuted his five-year prison sentence to time served.

He’s now on fifteen years of probation with a ten-year ban from Atlanta and the surrounding metro area. That restriction means he can’t return home for a decade, but the Florida mansion gives him a fresh start somewhere else.

What’s wild is that he’s not slowing down at all. Young Thug just announced The New Generation Tour, which kicks off September 1 in Rogers, Arkansas and runs through October 24 in Paris with special guest NAV.

The tour hits major cities across North America and Europe, including a homecoming show in Atlanta on September 20 at Lakewood Amphitheater.

This marks his first major headlining tour since his release and his first tour in over six years.
