Swae Lee lists his Miami mansion for $5.4M after three years, featuring a theater, wine cellar, and resort-style amenities.
Swae Lee just listed his Miami mansion for $5.4 million, and the property’s got everything a Grammy-nominated artist could want.
The South Florida estate spans over 7,800 square feet on a gated 1.2-acre lot, featuring seven bedrooms, an 11-seat theater, a 500-bottle wine cellar with a full bar, and a climate-controlled garage that fits 15 cars with automated lifts.
According to Mansion Global, he purchased the property back in April 2023 for $4.25 million and has been enjoying the resort-style amenities ever since.
In his statement about the property, Swae Lee highlighted what drew him to the place initially.

“Living on this private cul-de-sac in Miami was a great escape from my touring schedule,” he explained. “I enjoyed the huge backyard, open pool deck and spending time on the basketball and tennis courts. The huge spa bath, wine cellar and movie theater were pretty cool, too.”
The five-time Grammy nominee co-wrote Beyoncé’s iconic “Formation” with producer Mike WiLL Made-It, crafting the hook that became one of the biggest records in hip-hop history.
Beyond that massive credit, he’s earned Grammy nods for his appearance on Travis Scott’s “Sicko Mode” and his collaboration with Post Malone on “Sunflower” from the Spider-Man soundtrack.
His work as half of the duo Rae Sremmurd alongside his brother Slim Jxmmi brought the world the 2016 hit “Black Beatles,” cementing his place in the culture.
Right now’s an incredibly busy season for him.
Just this past Sunday, he performed “Sunflower” with Post Malone at the FIFA World Cup 2026 closing ceremony at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey, bringing the track’s nostalgic energy to a global audience.
Meanwhile, Rae Sremmurd is in the studio working on new music, keeping the momentum going for the duo while he manages his solo ventures and real estate moves.
The listing represents a significant moment in his career trajectory as he balances creative output with lifestyle adjustments.
Listing agents are handling inquiries for the property through ONE Sotheby’s International Realty’s Miami office.
